MENCIPTA MASALAH(CREATING PROBLEM)

I got a big problem. I hate it. Oh My God please help me. I have to do it not because i want it but when you've done something 'bad at the back' and there's somebody cover what you've done you got no choice when that person ask for your help later. This is what we called termakan budi. When it getting worse, top management knew that. You've been trapped and you cannot run anymore. You've to face it. You create the problem so you've to solve it.

The problem is people around me scolded me, they point finger to me, seems that I'm the one who done the mistake, always cover the others problem till it getting worse. They do it too but they pretend not doing that. So I'm the one who admit the mistake have to face all this thing. Somebody urge me to stop from doing that mistake. Stop helping that person. For me it is not fair when that person ask for help, I didn't help him/her but to others I'm still doing that. Is that fair. Bullshit if you called it being fair. 

Almost a month I'm not doing that mistake again but since the management knew that, I've been under supervision. This is not fair for me. They do it too but you don't know that. Oh My God, I've done a big mistake, not even a year working I've been trapped in this problem. I'm not sure my luck for next year either they will continue my contract or not. 

Ya Allah, I admit my mistake, please show me the way out. Please...

HISTORY ON 2011

Sepanjang 2011 dah banyak yang berlaku. Aku tak sempat nak update aktiviti harian aku. Yang penting aku sudah tidak bekerja lagi dengan hotel yang aku bagi tahu dulu. Tepatnya, aku hanya bekerja selama 1 tahun 2 bulan sahaja. Sekarang sudah ada kerja baru. Baiklah. Mari aku tunjuk gambar-gambar tahun lepas untuk tatapan semua.

Orang 1st yang mengeluarkan diri aka resign adalah Danny. Dia ni MIA. Tetiba hilang. Telefon pon tak angkat. Ntah apa masalah pon aku tak tau. Last2 resign. Tapi sekarang sudah boleh dihubungi semula.

Menyusul kemudian ialah Hadrian aka Ady. Dia ni pon satu. Rajin MIA masa keja(sory Ady, tercerita plak). So dia resign and dah kerja kat KL katanya.

Bila Danny resign Yap pon join kitorang as a bellman. Tapi past Ady resign management x mau amik staff lagi. Katanya nak keep yang ada dulu. 

Menyusul selepas itu, Azy pulak resign. Dia dapat keje PTU kat Mahkamah Shah Alam kot. Alhamdulillah. Sekarang dah kawin dan baru je deliver baby gurl. Comel seyhh..

Ok.. menggantikan Azy ni Ms Nita pon hired Sue and Iman panjang. Sue ni ada experience kat Sibu Island Resort. Dua-dua jadi receptionist.

Masa Iman panjang ni jadi reception, timbul la plak cerita yang dia nak sambung study. HR pulak dengar cerita dia. Kesian menyapa dia, dia ditukarkan jadi Bellman. 

Eh...kejap..Aliff pon join kitorang as a bellman. Sebenarnya aku lupa bila Aliff join kitorang

So. bellman pada ketika ini ada Park Lee, Iman and Aliff.

Ok pastu, Hazry dan Iman Panjang pon resign. Diorang sambung study kat UMS dan Uitm. Good luck guys..

Ok..pas'three', Sue pulak resign. Kejap je dia keje. Katanya kena jaga family kat JB.

Lepas tu semua dah kembali so-so. Staff tak cukup. Banyak rombakan, banyak kali aku kena keja sorang(sangat sakit hati), kualiti kerja semakin down. Aku jadi tension. Aku pon plan nak resign jugak. Tapi dalam kalut-kalut tu Ms Nita hired pulak Azimah as per boyfrend dia recommend. Tapi dia memang layak pon jadi job tu. As for your information, di FELDA RESIDENCE TANJUNG LEMAN(FRTL), mereka tak hired orang yang tiada kelulusan, most of them ada sijil dalam bidang diorang and ada yang hold degree macam !@#$$% tu.

Aku sebenarnya memang plan nk cari kerja lain. Tapi aku pon plan nak sambung master. Alhamdulillah aku dapat. So aku pon apply resign pada bulan January 2012 dengan alasan nak sambung master. TAPI, aku tak sambung pon. Tak da budget la. Sedeyh. Macam-macam scholarship aku mintak tapi tak berjaya. So masa antar surat resign tu aku dapat job interview dangan Tourism Malaysia. Alhamdulillah aku dapat. (nnti aku citer part keje ni plak ae)

Ok..past aku resign, En Zizi aka supervisor kitorang pon resign. Dia pindah Terengganu smula. Masa ni Iman bellman dah jadi reception.

Past En Zizi resign, Azizol pon resign.Dia resign sebab dapat kerja tetap dengan Felda jugak. Eh lupa. Dia pon penah keja ngan kitorang as belman. Sorry Jijol...

Ok. Past Azizul ni resign, Azimah pon resign. Dia pulak dapat keje ngan Felda jugak and opis sangat dekat ngan rumah. Untung la dia.

Sebenarnya masa Azimah nak resign ni Ume pon dah ada ura-ura nak resign tapi tetiba Azimah pulak yang resign dulu. Ume resign on 24 Sept 2012. Baru je kan. Dia nak sambung study. Mengejar impian katanya.

Tamat sudah cerita di FRTL. Senior yang aku kenal and masih setia dengan FRTL 

1- Ms Nita (dah jadi exec, wat pe nak pindah.tul x)

2- Iman Mustaqim (ko x resign sebab tunang ko pon ada kat situ kan..)

3- Yap (pekerja yang hebat)

4- Park Lee (family dah dekat)

5- Ain (tunang ko pon keje situ, senang nak pantau,,huhu)

6- Zaharah (laki ko keje dekat situ je, x pa, for career development bagus keja lama-lama. timba pengalaman)

Sesungguhnya aku amat merindui suasana kerja di FRTL. Walaupon terkdang aku terasa tapi itu semua pengalaman yang amat berharga bagi aku. Berhadapan dengan guest yang cerewat itu perkara lumrah. Aku yakin FRTL akan terus maju dan terus menempa nama di persada industri pelancongan Malaysia.

Today(25/11/2010) is my eight day of working. For morning session, we have a photo session with all staff of our hotel. Then, we start clean up our own department. After finished it, we start with chatting among each other. We still have nothing to do. However, Mr Azman(MD) have taught us some idea about the operation of our department.

Day 7

Salam

Today(24/10/2010) is my seventh day of working. Today I start at 2 pm. At quarter past 2 I have a briefing by Mr Andrew(CEO) and Mr Jahri(HR EXEC). This is quite a long briefing. I think this is a seminar instead of brifing. Too long and we are shivering staying inside a 'cold room'. We cannot adjust the temperature of the room. It's to cold. 


However, my first impression on Mr Andrew is; he is a smart and good boss. Not a fussy guy or arrogant. Overall, he is okay for me. Same as Mr Jahri. Today, i worked with Hadrian. Since we work at evening shift, we got new experience, handling guest complaints, understanding the nature of hotel services and many more. It is a great day.

Day 6

Today(23/111/2010) is my sixth day of working. Nothing much to do today. Mr Azizi and Ms Azlinita teach us how to fill up reservation slip and registration form. He told me to do some mock up reservation call and i did it. Besides that, today i'm helping the other friends clean up the front office magazine rack and mini board. Quite a simple task but since this is a new hotel and there is no water supply yet so we have to use anything to settle our task. Mr Iman use his 'kain buruk' that he take it from his car and i just use old paper.

Day 5

Salam

Today (20/11/2010) is my fifth day of working at Felda Residence Tanjung Leman. Yeah, again we have nothing much to do today. Today, I bring the documents required by Miss Azlinita yesterday. After that, Mr Afendy from housekeeping department told us to help them clean up the rooms at this hotel (91 rooms altogether exclude 4 blocks of dormitory). I am felt so tied doing all this task. Since we have nothing to do, we have to help them even though this is not our task. Yeah…what to do.

For evening session after lunch time, we did not help them continued clean up the rooms because we were hiding in our business center. Huhuhu. So, what we do there? Yeah..photography session. Let’s see the photos taken.

Today we go back early at 4.30pm. We go to one of the staff(Azie)s’ sister wedding. That’s the end of the fifth day.

Day 4

Today (19/11/2010) is my fourth day of induction. Start from today, we were divided into our own department. For front office department we will report to Mr Azizi(supervisor) and Miss Azlinita as our Head of Department. Today’s activity is free and easy. Nothing much we do today. Miss Azlinita explained the standard operating procedures (SOP) of our job. In this department we have 7 receptionists and 3 bellmen. They are Umie, Aini, Azie, Za, Daniel, Hazry, Hadrian, Iman and Park Lee(Faszly).

Referring Miss Azlinita, our front office will use IFCA system. This is a hotel management system. However for six month of our operation, we will use manual system. Since then, Miss Azlinita asked me to find out any important document needed in front office department. Since I have an experience as a receptionist before, I have some of the copy of those documents.

Day 3

Today(18/11/2010) is my third day of induction. We have a lot of joy today and be young and childish again. Our management organized games. The first game is choir competition. We got the last place for this game. Then followed by dancing competition. Again we are the looser. Hahaha. Third, pop quiz. The question is about the hotel facilities and management. Yeahh...we won this game and the last game is treasure hunt. We got the last place for this game. Ermmm...i'm so happy today.


I got new friends, getting much closer with them. I've been talk to Shahrul(general cleaner), he is very smart, clear with his vision, and I think he will get what his aim to be. Then I make friends with Faizal. Coincidently, I talk to him on one of the game that we gone through. Yeah. his quite chubby and very happy go lucky. I like be with him. He is a recreational attendant. Besides that, there are other friend i knew through this induction. I'll tell later okay..

Day 2

Today(16/11/2010) is my second day of induction. Nothing much happen. Just a field trip to entire hotel. try to know types of room, facilities provided, and so forth. This is a new hotel and still have unfinished work. My upcoming work area also still under construction.

That's would be my working space. No more standing, and I'll have my own chair. I like this hotel

Day 1

Today(15/11/2010) I’m starting my career as a hotelier.  You want to know my position? Urmmm…just a small position..RECEPTIONIST.. yes..i’m a receptionist. You wanna see my proof. Okay…let’s see this…

Look I’m not lying okay. I’m really a receptionist. Actually I’m not apply for this position. Based on my degree, I have applied as an assistant front office supervisor. But then Mr Azman(interviewer) told me that I did not have sufficient experience, so, he suggest me to work as a receptionist first. If I’m work well he will promote me to other better position.

Since today is my first day, I’m sleep early and wake up early in the morning. I’m not supposed to be late for my first day. Again, when i'm at a new place it is really difficult for me to get along with others. Yeah..Mr Shy Guy...But.. i'm still trying to get fit with others. None of them are my friends. So, i have to find somebody to be my friend. I hope, day to day i will be able to be friend with them.

For this week, we(new staff) will go for a training or induction. A bit introduction about the management of the hotel, hotel facilities, room rates, and so forth. On the evening session we do Poco-Poco and and sing a song. What song? Huhuhu...Felda song anthem..SEMAI BAKTI..we have to memorize this song. Owh.. so difficult to memorize it. You wanna hear that.

So. How was it. Nice song, is it. Opss.Where is the song. I upload it later on okay. My internet quite slow tonight. Bye..that is the end of our first day of working(training actually)

Impian S

Salam

Bila bercakap pasal impian aku sering terfikir apa impian aku. Korang ingat tak masa sekolah rendah darjah satu dulu kita ada isi satu kad and then kena tulis apa cita-cita kita. Kena letak tiga pilihan. Kalau tak silap aku lah kan, aku letak kat situ Cikgu, Doktor dengan Askar kot. Hahaha. Lawak sungguh, kerja-kerja yang amat klise(cliché) semua tu tak sangkut pon. Aku berani cakap la kan, mesti tak ada budak-budak sezaman dengan aku yang akan tulis kerja-kerja macam make-up artis ke, pereka baju ke, semua tu la. Tapi zaman sekarang tak tau la kan. Budak-budak pon dah makin advance. Hobi aku ialah berangan. Nak tido berangan dulu, bangun tido pon berangan then time bosan berangan lagi. Aku dengar berangan ni bagus untuk jana neuron kat otak. So, rajin-rajin la berangan. Apa yang aku angankan??. Aku minat nak jadi pelakon. Dulu masa kat sekolah aku suka join aktiviti-aktiviti atas pentas ni. Tayang muka. Pernah rasa zaman glamor skit la kan. Memang best bila dapat perform depan orang ramai. Boleh hilangkan perasaan malu. Tapi kan kalau orang tak kenal aku, aku memang nampak pemalu. Skema. Tapi sebenarnya tak. Skang ni kat U ni pon aku rajin join tengok performance budak-budak seni buat pementasan tari or teater. Aku pernah join bengkel lakonan diorang. Hopefully aku boleh jadi artis lakonan satu hari nanti tapi aku tak nak secara sepenuh masa coz aku tak nampak masa depan jadi artis ni.

Ermmm. Aku sekarang ini masih melalui perjalanan yang agak panjang sebelum menempuh dunia pekerjaan, aku masih ada dalam 10 bulan lagi sebelum dilepaskan ke dunia sebenar yang aku yakin amat menuntut komitmen dan kesabaran. Dulu masa lepas SPM aku isi borang UPU semua aku letak bidang sains sebab aku masa SPM ambil pure science. Minat jugak la bidang sains ni. Tapi malangnya satu pun tak sangkut. Then aku masuk tingkatan 6. Masa tu aku amik bidang fizik.

Masa aku form 6 ni aku dapat tawaran masuk Poli. Masa aku pilih coz kat poli tu first choice aku Kejuruteraan Elektronik Perubatan coz itu satu-satunya course yang ada kaitan dengan sains(masa tu aku pikir pasal perubatan ja). Second choice aku Pengurusan Pelancongan. Yang ini aku pakai letak je, aku tak tau pon nak keje apa dengan course yang aku pilih ni. Saja-saja gatal tangan pilih. Lastly dapat yang kedua tu. Oh My GOD… time ni la aku kena buat pilihan yang paling sukar dalam hidup aku. Dengan semangat budak sains yang aku ada aku tak layan tawaran tu sampai la satu hari ni cikgu fizik form 6 aku ni macam mang’api-api’kan kitorang satu kelas. Dia cakap kalau ada pilihan belajar luar dia suruh jangan amik tingkatan 6 ni. Aku pon terpedaya dan aku terima tawaran poli ni. Walaupun sebenarnya tarikh terima tawaran hampir luput, aku usahakan jugak supaya surat terima tawaran tu diterima. Alhamdulillah aku diterima masuk.

Tiga tahun aku duk Poli kat hulu banat Sabak Bernam. Aku first batch Tourism Management Student. Lepas belajar kat sini walaupun bukan atas dasar minat aku terjatuh hati pulak dengan bidang yang aku ter’pilih’ ni. Lari jauh kan dengan bidang sains. Tapi masih sains jugak la kan even sains social.

Lepastu tiga tahun buat diploma aku sambung tiga tahun lagi amik degree juga dalam bidang pelancongan. Sebenarnya kalau korang nak tahu pelancongan ni bidang yang multidiscipline sebab bila kite keluar macam-macam kerja boleh buat. Benda ni amat mudah. Cuba fikir kalau korang melancong apa yang korang nak. Dari kehendak korang tu orang-orang pelancongan boleh get involve. Aku boleh bekerja dengan event management, transportation sector, food and beverages, lodging, insurance, and many more instead of travel agent only.

Sekarang ini aku masih ada lagi berbaki 10 bulan sebelum degree aku habis. Dan amat malag aku makin samar-samar dengan pilihan masa depan aku. Very unpredictable. Aku sebenarnya hidup berperancangan. Semua yang aku buat aku ada rancang dulu. Masa aku buat keputusan sambung degree matlamat aku nak jadi pensyarah. Unfortunately perancangan yang aku buat makin samar-samar bila permohonan aku untuk dapatkan biasiswa SLTP atau Skim Latihan Tenaga Pengajar tak kesampaian. Kalau aku dapat biasiswa ni, bahagian pengajian politeknik akan taja pengajian master aku then aku akan terus dapat kerja mengajar di politeknik. Tapi sayangnya semua tu tinggal kenangan sahaja.

Then aku follow plan B aku iaitu sambung master kat overseas. Aku dah ada sasaran university yang aku nak pergi. Pernah dengar Sunderland University, UK. Besar impian aku nak masuk sana setahun then balik Malaysia jadi lecturer. Aku usahakan cari info pasal university ini, aku dah mohon prospectus diorang dan aku ada join jadi fans univeriti ni kat facebook. Punyalah semangat. Unfortunately, sekali lagi matlamat ini makin samar-samar bila aku nyatakan hasrat aku ni, family aku kurang berkenan coz aku masih ada adik-adik yang perlu ditanggung. Kalau nak tahu aku anak kedua(yang hidup,abang sulung dah tak da). Bawah aku ada lagi 3 orang adik. And bila aku pikir balik betul jugak. Dah banyak pelaburan family aku untuk aku selama ini. Aku rasa baik aku batalkan hasrat aku tu the aku kena buat plan C.

Apa pulak plan C aku??? Perancangan ni masih lagi dalam proses. Aku sebenarnya tak suka kerja bawah orang dan kerja yang tak da cabaran. Maksud aku, rutin harian sama saja. Pi kerja pagi then balik petang, esoknya pi lagi, buat kerja yang sama hari-hari..oh no.. aku memang akan cepat bosan. So aku terfikir aku nak jadi usahawan. Usahawan apa?? Aku nak berbakti pada tanah pulak. Nak masuk bidang agro. Jadi petani or penternak. Mesti korang terfikir, rugila aku belajar pelancongan 6 tahun(diploma 3 tahun + degree 3 tahun). Tak, aku tak rugi. Pernah dengar Agrotourism atau pelancongan agro. Matlamat aku dalam jangka panjang aku nak bangunkan kawasan pelancongan agro. Buat permulaan aku terfikir nak cari tempat praktikal kat kawasan yang ada kaitan dengan agro ni. Then, aku akan timba ilmu dalam bidang ni dan seterusnya akan munculah satu lagi usahawan tani kat Malaysia ni. After aku surfing kat internet, aku terfikir nak tanam cendawan then bila maju aku nak buat penternakan lembu tenusu. Sekarang ni, Malaysia masih lagi menjadi pengeksport susu lembu. So, masih besar lagi potensi dalam bidang ni. Aku harap aku akan jadi konglomerat yang berjaya satu hari nanti. Bila dah berjaya aku nak pusing satu bumi ni.

Doakan kejayaan aku untuk mencapai Plan C dan doakan supaya jangan ada Plan D.Amin…
